At Roof Edge Protection LTD we offer a number of Handrail & Guardrail solutions with temporary and permanent options for working at height. Our team are fully employed and trained by us, ensuring we offer consistent, excellent on-site service.

PERMANENT FREE STANDING GUARDRAIL

HSE COMPLIANT, FLEXIBLE AND BUILT TO LAST.

Roof Edge Protection’s Anchoredge Permanent Guardrail comes with a corrosion resistant finish on all its components and doesn’t require fixing to the roof. It takes its strength and rigidity from its cantilever design and locking principles.

As a result, problems with water leakage and structural fixing are eliminated. Complies with BS EN 13374: 2013 Class A Edge Protection. The system is supported by solid steel weights (10kg) and is secured to the uprights by high tensile steel bolts and is versatile, safe and quick to assemble. All feet and weights are supplied with bonded ribbed rubber pads as standard. We can also provide free-standing guardrails for skylights to minimise the risk of falling through glazed areas.

TEMPORARY FREE STANDING GUARDRAIL

Our Roof Edge Temporary Freestanding Guardrail complies with HSE Working at Height regulations (complies with BS EN 13374-2013 + AI 2018), dramatically reducing the risk of a fall. Specified and spoken for by professionals, it is used on all high level and roofing contracts.

The Freestanding Guardrail solution is set out with an upright and weight every 2.5m, at these centres and individual upright and weight can be lifted to allow the contractor clear access to work on a 5m section at the roof edge without compromising the system.

Fixed handrail system

FIXED HANDRAIL SYSTEM.

When you need a clear working area at the roof edge, our Fixed Handrail System allows the handrail to be fixed to the building structure. The handrail upright can also be adjusted along the “A” frame to accommodate an overhang of up to 1000m.
